Former DGP and Bangalore City Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao has expressed confidence that he will win hands down in the Chamarajpet Assembly constituency with comfortable majority.
Expressing his gratitude for senior leaders of Bharatiya Janatha Party for giving him an opportunity to context from Chamarajpet, Mr Rao said the constituency will be in focus and prestigious, set to witness an epic battle between him and Congress sitting MLA Jameer Ahmed.
He said he enjoys support from all communities as people are afresh in their minds about his work during CAA, NRC protests and Covid times.
If elected he will focus primarily on betterment of living conditions of people with all round development of health, education to poor, and creation of hygienic conditions of living.
He said party workers, admirers and sympathisers are extreemely happy with his candidature, looking forward to work hard and ensure his victory.
