On the occasion of birthday celebration of late Prime Minister AB Vajpayee, Walkathon has been organised at Malleswara on the midnight of December 24. Those who are interested to participate need to register their name on https://prod.racetime.in/event/nmw2022.

Minister, Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, who is MLA of the constituency has stated on Wednesday that the event would begin from Malleswara stadium at 11:00 p.m. The run would pass through UPHC Guttahalli, Sankey Road Skywalk, Gokak Park, 18th cross Government College before culminating at Chandrashekhar Azad ground.

The constituency of malleswara iis being developed on five pillars of education, sports, health, citizen safety and creating sustainable environment. Walkathon has been organised to spread awareness regarding this among the people, Narayan remarked.
